✔ Seal deck and fence wood - Clean surfaces thoroughly and apply sealant to protect against sun damage and moisture. This helps prevent warping, cracking, and premature aging.

✔ Trim trees away from roof - Cut back branches that hang over your home. This prevents storm damage, reduces debris in gutters, and discourages pests from accessing your roof.

✔ Inspect exterior paint and siding - Look for peeling paint, loose siding, or cracks in caulking. Addressing these early prevents moisture intrusion and more expensive repairs later.

✔ Clean dryer vent - Remove lint buildup from the exterior vent and consider professional cleaning if needed. Clogged vents are a common fire hazard and reduce dryer efficiency.
