The cost of financing a home has risen significantly, driven by higher interest rates, increasing home prices and limited housing inventory.

That’s why programs like the MAP HomeAssist Program are so important. Through this program, participating financial institutions can provide funding to help eligible low- to moderate-income homebuyers with down payment and closing costs.

Expanding access to programs like this is one more way we can work together to help make the dream of homeownership a reality in our communities.
