U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) representatives recently presented members of our Business Banking team with an award for our 2025 SBA lender ranking. April showers bring May flowers – and another wonderful ESL Spring Forum! Our semiannual forums are open to all employees and held at unique Rochester venues. As always, the evening was filled with fun, business updates, networking, and delicious food.

This forum marked a special milestone for Tom Rogers, as it was his first as our new President and CEO. It proved to be a great opportunity for our team to learn more about Tom and his vision for ESL.
