Please join us in congratulating Ami Salzman, a 2026 ESL Heart of Service Award recipient! Ami is the President of Fairy Godmothers of Rochester, a local non-profit that provides prom dresses to teenagers in need. Last year, Fairy Godmothers of Rochester helped dress more than 800 teens. Thank you for your commitment to helping make the prom experience accessible to everyone, Ami!

There's nothing like a friendly little competition to bring a team together!

This year, 49 ESL employees participated in the 34th annual Corporate Challenge, completing the 3.5-mile downtown Rochester course and finishing at ESL Ballpark. It was a great evening of teamwork, camaraderie and community spirit. Way to go, team!
