Could all your struggles and challenges literally melt away that easy when simply being real?

I’ve learnt something that without doubt has been my biggest guide to living a life I love and feel so free in.

That learning has been that if in any area of my life I’m not being real, the disconnect of that inauthentic energy will express through my circumstances in different ways…

My physical energy feels heavy
Relationships appear to trigger me
Finances become limited
Opportunities seem fleeting

The illusion is that out there in these areas is the problem, what needs fixing or changing.

Hoping that the outcome will take away the discomfort felt or give me a feeling of something more that I yearned for.

This is the endless loop, one that eludes you from the truth of the real you.

When being real that energy of self will reflect through your circumstances.

Flow state
Peace
Freedom
Abundance
Love

Not in time, in the moment you come back to your real self.

I’d seen the effects of this but my ego would always hi jack it and blame it on cause and effect.

Although over time and throughout the journey of living as the real me, so much has come into my life beyond what a once not so real version before could ever of imagined.

So what ever being real means to you, ask where in your life are you not being real?

Let that feeling of authenticity, your heart, be your guide no matter what and a journey you will not regret will find you ❤️

HONORING THE LIFE OF TROOPER KEVIN TRAINOR: May you rest in God’s eternal peace. The Massachusetts State Police announce the line-of-duty death of Trooper Kevin Trainor, 30, who was senselessly killed this morning by a wrong-way driver.

At the conclusion of his public safety detail shortly before 2 a.m., Trooper Trainor began his commute home. Minutes later, 911 received a call reporting a wrong-way driver traveling South on Route 1 North in Lynnfield. Several dedicated Troopers converged on the area and located the vehicle traveling the wrong way at 2:03 a.m. One minute later, at 2:04 a.m., the vehicle collided with Trooper Trainor’s cruiser.

While nothing will ever repair the pain we feel today, we make a solemn promise to never forget Trooper Trainor and his service to the Commonwealth. Kevin served as a Corrections Officer in Essex County before joining the State Police as a member of the 88th Recruit Training Troop. In his decorated career, he mentored new Troopers as a Field Training Officer or “Trooper Coach,” earned a place on the prestigious Troop Community Action Team, set the standard for professionalism, and patrolled our roads with a singular focus: keeping the people of this Commonwealth safe.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Trooper Trainor’s classmates have shared stories of his genuine care and concern for others. As one person put it, “he was the guy you wanted as your backup.”

Colonel Noble said in his remarks this afternoon, “Make no mistake: Trooper Trainor saved lives this morning. His courage – his commitment to serve the citizens of the Commonwealth and put his life on the line – prevented an even greater tragedy. He will be remembered as a hero.”

We deeply appreciate the outpouring of support from our Governor, the Secretary of Public Safety, and friends in Massachusetts and across the country. We will remember and honor this extraordinary man, son, fiancée, and friend who gave his life for others | 🇺🇸⚫️🔵⚫️🇺🇸

In France, one teenager is quietly making life a little easier for stray dogs. 🐾💛

Instead of walking past them, he started building simple wooden shelters and placing them under bridges—right where these dogs already gather. Not fancy, not complicated… just safe, dry spaces in places they trust.

These small shelters keep them off the cold ground, protect them from wind and rain, and give them a place to rest without fear. Tucked away from busy areas, they blend in—offering help without causing disruption.

Over time, these little structures become something more than wood.
They become a place to return to.
A place that feels safe.

Because sometimes, it doesn’t take much to change a life — just care, intention… and the choice to do something. 💛

Even in the middle of summer… Colorado is seeing heavy snow. ❄️🐾

What should be warm days have turned cold fast, and for pets left outside, it can become dangerous in a matter of hours.

They don’t understand the sudden change.
They just feel the cold.

Please bring your pets inside.
Give them warmth. Give them safety.

Because weather can change quickly… but protection should never wait. 💛
