Altra branches, Member Contact Center and Lending Center are closed today June 19th, in honor of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, commemorates June 19, 1865 - the day Union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas to deliver the news that the Civil War had ended and the enslaved were now free. In 2021, Juneteenth was recognized as a federal holiday in all 50 states, symbolizing the end of slavery in the United States following the Civil War.

We recognize Juneteenth as a celebration of freedom, a moment to reflect on our history, and a reminder of the ongoing pursuit of equity for all.

Thank you for making a difference! ❤️

Our Sunny Days Full Plates food drive was a success. In total, across the markets we serve, we collected over 1,200 food items and $350 in donations.

These contributions were distributed to local MN food pantries, helping provide meals to families and students during the summer months.

We’re so grateful to everyone who gave. When our community comes together, it truly makes an impact.
