Gone are the days of the "one size fits all" benefit approach. The future of voluntary products in the marketplace will most assuredly be viewed as "fundamental benefits" as we watch premiums and deductibles continue to increase and employers struggle to maintain profitability. The challenge is how are we going to simplify them?
