We were up and moving this morning for the N.O.W. Program 5K, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to start the day!

Team Tingley has been proud to sponsor and participate in this event over the years, and it’s always such a great reminder of what happens when our community comes together to support a great cause.

Celebrating 10 Years of Crystal! ❤️

10 years ago, Ashley and I were talking about people we might be able to hire. She was scrolling through Facebook and said, “What about Crystal?”

I remember basically saying, “If Crystal wanted to be working, she would be.” She was a stay-at-home mom at the time, and I didn't think there was much chance of that changing.

Then, within a week or two, my phone rang.

It was Crystal, asking if we still had something available.

Funny how things work out.

That phone call started a journey that none of us could have predicted. Over the last 10 years, Crystal has grown into one of the most important people at Team Tingley. Today, she helps lead our offices, keeps our sales team moving, solves problems before most of us even know they're problems, and is one of the first people I turn to when I need another perspective.

But if you ask our team what makes Crystal special, they don't start with what she does. They talk about who she is.

She's the cheerleader. The voice of reason. The listening ear. The one who stays late. The one who remembers birthdays. The one who makes the baked goods. 😂 The “office mom.” And the person who somehow knows when somebody needs encouragement, a laugh, or a little push.

Our customers see it too. Amanda said it perfectly: when customers call asking for Crystal, it's usually followed by something like, “She's so sweet,” or “I had such a great time meeting with her.”

That's what we mean when we talk about the Team Tingley Experience. It's not just taking care of someone's insurance. It's how we make people feel while we're doing it.

Crystal, thank you for spending the last 10 years helping us define the Team Tingley Experience. Thank you for your loyalty to me, Ashley, our team, and our customers. Thank you for caring enough to challenge us, encourage us, and make this place better.

Team Tingley simply wouldn't be Team Tingley without you.

Happy 10 years, Crystal. We love you, we're proud of you, and we're incredibly thankful that 10 years ago you made that phone call. ❤️
