Newly updated office building and office space available 6/1/26. The office building is located at 5427 Peters Creek Rd Roanoke, VA 24019.

This is the last office available to complete the building. Space is approximately 400 sq ft and has its own sink and vanity. All utilities plus WIFI are included in the monthly rent of $450.00. The office is located on the 1st floor and can be accessed by steps and or elevator. The tenant will be listed on the new LED sign outside too.

The building also has a community room that hold 48 people and is available for rent as well. There are two common restrooms on the first floor as well.

I was out on a few inspections this morning and decided to stop in and see the guys in SALEM. Noticed their new sign has been added to the marquee. Stop by and see Tyler, Ethan, Christian, Trevor, and Micah at the Century building on Main Street in SALEM.
