What a great night celebrating our Richmond Council Qualifiers!

We had an awesome time getting everyone together by the pool with some great BBQ, refreshments, live music, and plenty of laughs.

Council is a big deal, and we are incredibly proud of these agents for what they accomplished this year. Their hard work, consistency, and commitment to their clients continue to set the tone and lead the way within our firm.

It’s always fun to win, but it’s even better when we get to celebrate together!

The best teams don't just work together... They grow together!

Our Richmond General Office Mid-Year Kickoff at The Park RVA was a great reminder of what's possible when you invest in leadership, learning, and each other.

A huge thank you to our outstanding speakers—Jason Leonard SVP, John Begley, Don Hart, Wendell Stallings, Kate Andersen, and Josh Floyd from Fidelity—for sharing their experience, challenging our thinking, and inspiring us to finish the year stronger than we started.

We also took time to recognize the accomplishments and dedication of our advisors while enjoying some friendly competition with bowling, a long drive contest, great food, and even better company.

I'm grateful to be part of an office that is committed to growing, serving others, and building something bigger than ourselves.

Stepping away from the office to think strategically is one of the best investments we can make as leaders.

Our Richmond Management Team recently gathered at Smith Mountain Lake for our Mid-Year Planning Session. Together, our Partners, Development Manager, and Service Leader spent intentional time reviewing our first-half results, aligning on priorities, strengthening our recruiting and development strategy, and creating a clear roadmap for an even stronger second half of 2026.

Some of the best conversations happened around the table, on the dock, and even while cruising the lake. Those moments of collaboration, honest discussion, and shared vision reminded us that great teams don't just happen, they're built through trust, planning, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

We're energized by where we're headed and even more excited about the opportunity to help talented professionals build meaningful careers while continuing to serve our clients at the highest level.
