I am looking for good, honest, hard working Mortgage Bankers (Loan Officers) to hire in Virginia, Tennessee, and West Virginia. Some good news for any of your customers stressing about their loan being completed in time for the tax credit. Although it still has to go through the house, this is a good start.

Here is a tip for the holiday.....Call at least 5 past clients and see what fun activities they have planned for Memorial Day. Ask for referrals and remind them it is still a great time to buy. Prices are low and affordability is high.

Existing home sales soared in April as home buyers scrambled to claim tax credit that expired at the end of last month, according to a real estate industry report released Monday.

Have you seen how low rates are again? I know the tax credit is gone, but now the rates have gone even lower. Maybe you can get a customer qualified now that you couldn't before.
