So, y'all know my machine is out of sorts.

I was playing a game while doing cardio.

My spirit said, "Girl you ain't sweating!!!"

Thanking God for that inner thermometer that made me put away my phone and FOCUS on SWEATING!!!

This comes from the chick who has NEVER liked to sweat, ESPECIALLY during exercise!!!

Moral of the story: FOCUS on GOD'S workings for your life in order to get the DESIRED results!!!

FOCUSED. DETERMINED. INTENTIONAL.

Even with all the mishaps in today's schedule, I STILL completed 30 on the bike plus strength training (arms), topped off with a smoothie with double protein!!!!

And all just before that car rider line started calling my name!!!! GOAL and the EXTRA POINT!!!!

Hahahaha!!!! Now y'all know better than this!!!!

This machine had a mind of its own this morning!!!! It kept starting the timers over on its own!!!
