About me ...

Hi, I'm Scott Wilkerson. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio and learn more about who I am. I know your time is valuable, so I'll try to keep it short and to the point and tell you "A little bit about myself".

A little bit about me .... I'm a father, a husband and a native of Hillsborough County. When I'm not working, I love to spend time tinkering in the garage, boating and fishing in Tampa Bay, and spending time with those I love.

A little bit about my local knowledge .... I grew up in Hillsborough County where I've lived in the Brandon and Seffner areas, and I currently own a home in Riverview. Most of my immediate family live locally, residing in the Brandon, Riverview and Balm areas as well. Being a native to the area allows me a unique insight into our community, as I've witnessed the last 20+ years of expansion, growth and change. I can look at locations all over the county and remember when they were open fields, pastures with a ton of cows roaming across them and small roads that now have multiple lanes and provide access to the growing urban areas of South Hillsborough County. It's been a blessing to grow up in such an amazing area, working, playing and exploring all that Florida has to offer, both natural and man-made.

A little bit about my experience .... Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in the construction industry for 20+ years both in the field and in the office. I've been lucky enough to be part of multiple amazing teams and companies that have designed, engineered, built, provided products and maintained projects big and small. These projects are made up of office buildings, sports venues, single family homes, multi-family housing and infrastructure projects, throughout not only the bay but the entire state of Florida.

A little bit about my broker .... I made the decision to be a real estate agent with Beggins Enterprises, for a lot of the same reasons that clients decide to trust Century 21 and the great folks of Beggins Enterprises with one of the biggest transactions they'll ever make. A little bit about what I have to offer my clients .... I became a Realtor because I love to help others. I'm a very straight forward person, who believes in honesty and integrity in all things. I have always enjoyed helping to facilitate mutually beneficial connections between businesses and people alike, which has served me well throughout my career and past endeavors and continues to serve my clients within the real estate industry.
