I have found that there are so many different reasons for someone needing to sell a property. Some are very sad including loss of a partner that was helping to make sure payments could be afforded. I wish that there was better planning available to these people but in reality almost no one accepts they will lose their partner and therefore they do not plan. It does not take long to get behind and find yourself in a situation where you will need to sell or the mortgage company foreclosed and you are forced out.
If you or someone you know find yourselves in this situation call me early rather than later. We can set in place some ideas to get you out and on to your next steps that will be way better than having a sheriff at your door telling you you have to go.
