Yesterday was bitter sweet. It was employee appreciation day so we closed the office and took on the Strawberry Festival. I am so thankful for the team I have. They always go that extra mile for our customers and they deserve a day of pampering and appreciation.

The difficult part is that we said goodbye to a 5+ year team member as he is taking on a role in another industry.

If you have spoken to Kelly Holmes there is no doubt you know what an absolute joy he is. His personality delivers the absolute best customer experience. He has a smile in his voice and a yearning to assist everyone.

We are going to miss Kelly like crazy. His charm, his kindness and his ability to keep us laughing. We wish him so much success in his new endeavor and look forward to staying in touch.

Today we are celebrating Kelly’s 5 year anniversary with the Team Beahn agency. The actual date of his anniversary was November 30, 2025; however, he was on vacation and the holidays snuck up on us. Thank you Kelly for 5 awesome years of serving and servicing Team Beahn customers.

We are also celebrating Austin’s 2 year anniversary with our office. While Austin has over 6 years of SF experience, he began with our agency on January 2, 2024. He has since promoted to office manager and works diligently to keep me on task. Thank you Austin for 2 years of serving and serving Team Beahn customers.

We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating these milestones today.

I would like to wish the happiest of birthdays to our office manager Austin Greer. There are days this guy gets on my very last nerve. There are other days I couldn’t feel more blessed to have him in my corner. No matter the day, I know he is going to show up and give me 1000% in his role.
