To the man who taught me what fatherhood looks like. Happy Father’s Day.

Today marks the 1st Father’s Day without you here. Today I remember the memories we had together. The trips we took together. The principles you taught me on work ethic. But most importantly I’m reminded most of your pursuit of Jesus.

I am the man, husband, father, and friend because of the way you loved me and cared for me. I wish we could have had many more years together but I am hopeful that you are whole and healed with our King Jesus. I am confident your legacy will live on for many generations because of your faithfulness to Jesus and the way that you loved our family so well.

Be sure to tell your dads and those who are father figures in your like how much you appreciate them. Share how their lives have impacted yours. Happy Father’s Day to all the dads and father figures out there.

In a market like todays it is a great time for some to purchase but the high interest rate can be a bit daunting! So a 2-1 buy down may be a great option for you!

A 2-1 buydown gives extra flexibility with a lower monthly payment by offering a Temporary Rate Buydown to lower your interest rate at the start of your loan. It’s a great option for borrowers who expect an increase in their income in the next few years or who have excess seller concessions to use — and want to take advantage of a low fixed rate.

Available for:

Conventional primary and second home purchases
FHA and VA primary home purchases.

Seller-paid 1- and 2-year buydown options.

2-1 buydown of 2% in the first year and 1% in the second year. By the third year they are at the full rate.

1-0 buydown of 1% in the first year. By the second year they are at the full rate.

The borrower must qualify for the full monthly payment (before the buydown rate is applied).

Seller concessions are deposited as a lump sum into a buydown account. A portion of this sum is released each month to reduce the borrower’s monthly payments.
