Read that again. I pay LESS for my mortgage on a 3200 square foot home than the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments down the street.
Also, owning a home:
1. Builds generational wealth.
2. Can give you access to cash when you need or want it.
3. Can allow you to consolidate debt.
Consider this, you are already paying someone else's mortgage.
