The Federal Reserve cut its short-term interest rate target by 25 basis points on Wednesday, December 10. That’s the third consecutive FOMC meeting resulting in a quarter-point cut. The target range for overnight lending in the fed funds market is now 3.75% to 3.50%, its lowest level in three years. The next FOMC meeting is scheduled for January 27-28.

It’s inspiring to see how Julie’s dedication to service, both in the military and at Wells Fargo, lives on through this award and through the incredible work of my veteran colleagues.

Congratulations to Andy Barnes, this year’s award winner, whose leadership and advocacy for veterans reflect Julie’s values of courage, compassion, and commitment.
