**Smart Young Man**
Yesterday I met with a young Realtor, only 27 looking for Life Insurance. He said, "I'm single and have no kids. One day, I plan to be married and have children" if I get life insurance now while I'm young and healthy, will it expire?
Good question....
Well today is the youngest you'll ever be, probably the healthiest you'll be and Insurance will definitely be less expense than waiting until you get older.
A permanent policy is definately more expensive so I suggested to lock in a rate with a 20 year term for less than $1 a day and then convert it to a permanent policy anytime within the next 20 years when you can afford it without any medical exam.
This will protect you from higher rates as you age and health issues become more of a concern.
I love what I do. Changing lives, one day at a time.
