If you or someone you know has had their home destroyed in one of the fires, they unfortunately still have to make payments on their mortgage or they will go into foreclosure.

Here’s what they can do to hopefully stay out of that:

📌 For Conventional Loans

Call the FHFA Disaster Hotline and request your loan to be put into FOREBEARANCE 888-995-HOPE

📌 For FHA or VA Loans

Contact HUD and request to FREEZE your payments 800-569-4287

📌You can also try to call your mortgage servicer and request the same.

Once the dust settles, know we have mortgage programs specifically for you to rebuild or buy.
