We are expanding and I am looking for a dedicated Assistant to join LTS TAX SERVICE as we prepare for our NEW OFFICE OPENING!

📍 Currently Remote (Until Office Opens)
➡️ Will transition to Hybrid soon!
➡️ Must be able to start right away!
➡️ Must commit to at least 1 full week in-office once opened

💼 POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

✅ 40 hours per week (32 minimum)
✅ Must NOT have other employment
✅ Cannot be working for another tax office
✅ Must be available & on-call when needed
✅ Must attend weekly Zoom meetings
✅ Must be willing to sit beside the Boss & Manager for training
✅ Must be willing to take required tax classes & courses
✅ Must be open to learning & growing
✅ Must help promote the business
✅ Must help support the team
✅ Must be able to open the office & handle admin duties
✅ Must have a laptop
✅ Must have a phone or tablet
✅ Microsoft 365 knowledge required
✅ Tax experience preferred (NOT required)
