Cybersecurity Awareness Month is in full swing, and we’re back with another tip to help you stay safe!

This week’s tip: SLOW DOWN. Scammers often use urgency or emotion to pressure you into making quick decisions. Take a moment to pause, look for red flags, and think before you click, share information, or send money.

Great things happen when a community comes together! Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success in support of Locker #505. With a special thanks to 101.3 The Hustle and The Storehouse NM, we raised $6,063 in donations, collected approximately 3,000 pairs of socks, and gathered 510 pounds of food!

Join us this Saturday, October 17 for a Shred event hosted by Sandia Area Federal Credit Union

Bring up to 50 pounds (approximately two office boxes worth) of documents to shred for free, and a grocery bag of nonperishable food items to donate to the Storehouse NM! Staples and paper clips do not need to be removed.
