My first recommendation is Patriot Plan because this one gives one free check-up and x-rays a year.
Second choice is iDental.
Aetna Dental Access would be my third choice.
You can click on the "view dentists" button and see the list of dentists in the networks.
These plans have a one time processing fee of $20, no annual limit and no waiting period, so when you enroll it is effective in a couple days. These plans are usually on sale each holiday. You can enroll yourself online or I can do it for you with your payment information.
