June 19th - Elk County Historical Society Strawberry Festival. At St. Leo Magnus Church 111 Depot St., Ridgway, PA We will have basket raffle, burgers and hotdogs, fire truck tours and the Allegheny Harmonizers will be performing! Ridgway Fire Dept Fire Truck on display. 4:30 to sold out.

June 27th- The County of Elk is pleased to sponsor a Family Fun Day—“Elk County Salutes America’s 250th Anniversary: The Great American Duck Race
The County of Elk is pleased to sponsor a Family Fun Day—“Elk County Salutes America’s 250th Anniversary: The Great American Duck Race”—on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Sandy Beach Park.
The day will kick off with an official flag-raising ceremony at 11:30 AM, followed by a variety of activities for all ages, including sporting contests, food and beverages, face painting, live music, sawdust pile, and; of course, the highlight of the day—our duck race. Activities will run from 12noon to 4 pm.
July 25TH-Glory Bound Christian Music Festival sponsored by Elk County Ecumenical
Glory Bound Christian Music Festival (sponsored by Elk County Ecumenical) to take place in Ridgway on July 25.
The day will start off at 11:00 am with vendors on the courthouse lawn and the Overcoming Obstacles Ninja style obstacle course on Court Street. The course will be open to participants until 3:00 pm and is hosted by Jared Greer, former youth pastor and a participant on the American Ninja Warrior television show. At 3:00 pm, music will begin on the courthouse lawn with local musicians: By The Jordan, A Day Awaits and Resurrected. Music will conclude by 9:00 pm. Attendees to the Festival are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.
