The day will kick off with a welcome from Illinois Farm Bureau President Philip Nelson, followed by a keynote address from Matt McClelland, CEO of Prairie Farms Dairy. From there, you'll get an inside look at agriculture through a unique lens while building relationships with members you may not have met otherwise.

We'll wrap up the tour at Flamm Orchards for dinner, live music, and plenty of time to continue the conversations and connections that make Farm Bureau so valuable.

Join us for the Young Leader Southern Illinois Ag Tour on August 29! Participants will hear from Illinois Farm Bureau leadership and Prairie Farms CEO Matt McClelland, then choose between an agronomy-focused tour at the SIU Farm or a diversified agriculture track featuring Starview Vineyards and Rolling Oak Alpaca Ranch. The day wraps up at Flamm's Orchard with a facility tour, dinner, live music, and plenty of time to connect with fellow Young Leaders from across the state.

Registration is $100 per person and must be completed through your County Farm Bureau Manager.
