Yesterday we learned many things can go wrong with Elon Musk's Twitter deal.

Laks Ganapathi explained that he wants to make the platform open source, and there are several consequences to it.

Tesla will be highly affected by the Twitter deal because he wants to use its shares as collateral in the billionaire deal.

We learned that laws in the EU have huge repercussions to the Twitter deal.

Thanks to the fantastic lecture by Laks Ganapathi, from Unicus Research, at the inaugural session promoted by Hayek Global College !!!
