Happy 110th Birthday to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve!

For 110 years, Reserve Marines have answered the call with courage, commitment, and an unwavering dedication to serving our nation. Whether supporting missions at home or around the world, they stand ready to serve whenever and wherever they are needed.

Thank you for your commitment, your resilience, and all you do for our country!

LinkedIn: Today, we celebrate the 110th birthday of the US Marine Corps Reserve and more than a century of service.

Reserve Marines balance military service with jobs, school, businesses, and family life—all while staying ready to serve when they're needed. That takes dedication, flexibility, and a lot of support from the people around them.

We are proud to recognize Reserve Marines and the families, employers, and communities that support them. Happy birthday, US Marine Corps Reserve. Thank you for your service.

One person’s “no longer needed” item can become another family’s fresh start.

This National Thrift Shop Day, we’re celebrating the incredible impact that our Thrift Shops and Uniform Lockers have on the generous people who donate, shop and volunteer.

Every gently used item donated helps military families stretch their budgets while supporting the programs and services the Relief Society has to support Sailors, Marines, and their families navigate life’s challenges. It’s a simple act of kindness that creates a ripple effect throughout our community.

Whether you’re dropping off a donation, searching for a great find, or volunteering your time, you’re helping ensure support is there when it’s needed the most.

Find a Thrift Shop or Uniform Locker near you and stop by.

National Financial Awareness Day matters to us because money stress can touch every part of military family life. A budget question, an unexpected bill, or a big transition can feel heavy when you're carrying it alone.

That's why we are here: to offer practical, confidential support that helps Sailors, Marines, and their families feel more prepared.

This month, take one small step. Look at your budget, revisit your savings plan, or talk with someone who can help you sort through the questions.

A small step today can make tomorrow feel much more manageable.

Visit your local NMCRS office to make an appointment for free and confidential budget preparation services.
