In the 8 months that I was at First National Bank in 2023, I managed to add some hardware💎 Diamond Excellence has such a better ring to it!! I went on this trip literally knowing 1 person, and I came back with a whole bunch of new friends and people that I have an amazing amount of respect for and can call for any advice or help! When I tell you this is a team, I’m not kidding. They were so welcoming, kind, and sincere. Not an ego in the room and trust me—there definitely should have been! These are some of the best of the best and I was honored to share space with them. Thanks to all my referral partners, clients and my amazing team of talent, you definitely helped get me here. And, thanks to my friends who deal with all the phone calls while I’m with them and my super supportive family! But most of all, big thank you to Lauren Baugh & Kristian Heft who keep this wild train on the tracks!!

Can’t believe it, but I’m coming up on my one year anniversary with First National. What a ride it has been⭐️ In a very short time, my trusted right hand, and I have exceeded all expectations for bringing a new mortgage company to the Central Virginia region—(many thanks to Grace Wilkins Maxwell & Peter Hall too for taking the leap of faith with me!!) it really has been no small feat and a lot of work, but I’ve loved every minute of it!! We have 100% customer satisfaction and that wouldn’t be possible without amazing referral partners, clients and strong support staff! The BIGGEST part of my job I enjoy the most are the programs I can now offer. I was told many times, “You don’t need a doctor loan. How many do you really think you’d do?” Well sir, if I’d had the product the answer is A-LOT!! Our programs are top tier and some still blow my mind what I’m capable of doing! If you aren’t helping your buyers get the best deal out there, are you living up to your fiduciary responsibility? Listen, if I don’t have the best deal—I refer it out—just ask when she had that killer 3.99% deal!! We have all the goods here!! The , I promise!

Gratitude Friday!!
This week, I’ve been focusing a lot on my clients and referral partners because they are who help drive me. I’ve also been getting out their Closing Disclosures to utilize for their taxes (just in case they need them.) I’m more than just the person who gets your loan documents to the closing table—I’m looking out for you even after you close. All loan officers are not created equal—I promise!!

Seller was adamant that we use his settlement company—don’t get me started on this one (and they were a complete disaster!! 6 different people all chiming in with different information 🤯,) seller didn’t move out on time, mobile notaries—you name it!
