Our Hampton Roads Crane & Rigging team spent three days at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas connecting with industry leaders and exploring the latest innovations in construction and heavy equipment.

Drew’s biggest takeaway was the growing role of in improving equipment operation and jobsite safety. Maggie noted the strong momentum around major work and the massive lifting capacity the next decade of construction will require.

We’re thrilled to announce the acquisition of Hampton Roads Crane & Rigging Co., a Newport News-based company known for serving a broad range of industrial clients with a fleet that spans from an 8.5-ton carry deck crane to a 165-ton all terrain crane.

“This was an opportunity to acquire a business that services a large swath of the industrial sector with a customer list so expansive, that I think it would be hard for us to find ourselves in a situation where the service we provide becomes obsolete,” said Singh. “We think deeply about these industries that have a long way to go before becoming obsolete to artificial intelligence.”

Hampton Roads Crane & Rigging Co. joins our growing portfolio, which includes over 100 team members across National Land Lease Capital’s campgrounds and RV parks, AgCold cold storage in Suffolk, and commercial properties in Scott’s Addition and Shockoe Slip.
