This is coming to you from Anne Fox, Rob's wife.

I would like to thank you for your patience while my family and I have taken the time to find a resource to assist you and all the clients of Fox Insurance and Financial. It is important to us that we hand you off to someone that Rob knew and trusted.

I would like to make an introduction to that person, Chris Lynch, and his team at Virginia's Health Insurance Agency, LLC. Chris has known Rob since 2008, working together at a larger agency for a few years before Rob made the transition to open his own agency. Chris and Rob maintained contact throughout the years after Chris also transitioned to opening his own business. Chris and his team handle all lines of health insurance, including individual under 65 ACA plans, small employer health benefits, dental, vision, and Medicare (Medigaps, Part D Drug Cards, and Medicare Advantage plans).

Please take a look at this. The 1-800- call centers are the main culprits of the predatory Medicare enrollment tactics. The call center commercials are misleading and in no way to their call center agents provide the level of service that independent agents do.

This will new regulation be detrimental to enrollments for our current clients and future clients, as it will make the enrollment process at a minimum, twice as long as what it currently is.

The biggest impact will be felt at the Annual Enrollment Period which only affords agents 53 days to complete client reviews. Our current client base exceeds 600 clients, which with the new regulations would make it virtually impossible to review our clients accounts in the 53 day time allotted for the Annual Enrollment Period.
