Breastfeeding support reaches far beyond the newborn stage 🤍

Emerging research continues to show that breastmilk is more than nutrition alone. A 2026 study following 613 children found that exclusive breastfeeding for 3+ months was associated with a slightly later onset of puberty, which may have long-term health implications later in life.
