Update: 10/1 at 10:40 a.m. - Access to your accounts through online and mobile banking is now available. You may experience a slower than normal load time due to the high volume of members accessing their accounts at the same time.

We’re aware of an issue affecting mobile and online banking this morning. We are actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Debit cards and direct deposits have not been affected. We are open and available to give account information by in our offices or by phone or text at (765) 962-2561.

We do not have a confirmed timeline for when service will be fully restored, but we will share an update as soon as we have more information.

We understand how frustrating it is to experience another disruption, especially after the issues we’ve experienced recently.

We want to correct the earlier update regarding debit card availability. Our previous post stating that debit cards were fully restored was premature. We initially confirmed that debit cards were working, but then realized that some accounts were still not showing the correct balances. We have now completed additional testing and validated that debit cards are live and working for everyone. We want to keep you updated as quickly as possible and apologize for any confusion.
