Anew Financial is a Black owned and operated insurance brokerage. We are located in downtown Richmond area and looking to expand our client base! We want a competitive insurance agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers.

You will be responsible for the full sales cycle but will have support through the entire process. The goal is to build up strong relationships in the community and to ensure growth while spreading brand awareness.

This is a remote role but there will be some local travel needed for position.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospects
Update CRM database with new contacts and activity
Build relationships with other strategic partners
Attend company events to assist in prospecting and appointment setting
Handle in bound sales calls
Help manage closed accounts

Skills:

Working in roles as an insurance agent or salesperson is a plus
Familiarity with CRMs a plus
Basic computer knowledge
Proven ability to work with goals
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
Ability to problem solve

As a Territory Sales Executive with Anew Financial, you will have the chance to do just that! There is no cap on how much you can make.

You will be given an assigned territory. Your responsibilities will be to prospect for new clients, present and close new business as well as grow relationships within the territory.

This is a 1099 position and is paid commission only. Insurance benefits package will be offered. No prior experience required however, you will need to be willing to get an insurance license.

We are looking for someone is ready to make an impact through making contact! You do not need to do research on our contact you just need to call them. No cap on your earnings. The more you produce the more you earn and you have the opportunity to bonus! The best part is, it can all be done from your home.

This is a 1099 contractor role so you will have autonomy and can work around your schedule.
