The latest Treasury data, analyzed by the Economic Innovation Group, continues to highlight the scale of opportunity zone (OZ) investment nationwide.

Opportunity zone designations have driven investment into 77% of designated census tracts across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Of the 7,826 census tracts nominated for OZ status in 2018, 6,026 had attracted investment by the end of 2024.
