Our team and their families gathered at Richmond Kickers' Stadium for our employee appreciation event on Saturday. The forecast wasn't on our side, but the turnout and the energy more than made up for it. To every member of our team, we're proud to celebrate you. Your hard work and commitment are what move this company forward.

We're hiring a Property Activities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across a 200+ commercial property portfolio. Specifically, we’re looking for a team member who will own the following duties:

- Track and manage repair tickets from initial tenant request through vendor coordination, authorization, and payment
- Obtain, compare, and manage vendor estimates before any work is authorized
- Identify tenant-reimbursable expenses and prepare documentation per lease terms
