🥶The upcoming days show freezing temperatures. Here are some helpful tips:

🧊Keep the heat turned up in your home.

🧊Leave your hot and cold water turned on with a stream of water, not dripping.

🧊Make sure your drain is not stopped up and open cabinet doors on exterior walls.

🧊Locate your water shut off valve in your house. Be prepared to turn off if needed.

🧊Unhook hoses to hosebibs and install insulated covers.

🧊Flush the commodes frequently on exterior walls

We are extremely sorry for any inconvenience our customers and community may have experienced this week. As you know, it is not the Whitaker-Vencill way to close our doors. As a small, family-owned business, sometimes our families need to take priority! It was the perfect storm — between a death in the family and a family medical emergency, we were forced to close the office unexpectedly. Please accept our apologies and know we look forward to seeing you and helping you with all of your insurance needs this week.
