This is one of the reasons I love what I do!❤️

Real estate doesn’t just start and stop with homeownership.🏡

Sometimes it’s about helping someone find the right space to bring a lifelong dream to life.

Last year, I had the opportunity to assist the owners of Stepping Stones Family Learning Center in securing their commercial location. This week, I was honored to attend their building blessing and grand opening celebration.

Watching the transformation from an empty space to a beautiful learning center—and knowing everything they overcame to get here—made this day even more special.

Congratulations, Vicky and Yvonne! Wishing you continued success as you serve children and families throughout our community.

📚Stepping Stones Family Learning Center is now officially OPEN and enrolling families in Prince George, Hopewell, Petersburg, and the surrounding areas!

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey.🙏🏾

If you’re looking to lease, purchase, or sell commercial property, I’d be honored to help you bring your vision to life.

5 FORECLOSURE FACTS🏡👇🏽

Thinking about buying a foreclosure? Here’s what you should know:

✅ Most are sold AS-IS(no repairs from the seller)
✅ Financing can be limited depending on condition
✅ You’re dealing with banks, not homeowners
✅ The process is more structured + less flexible
✅ Some require offers through sites like HudHomeStore

Foreclosures can be a great opportunity… but only if you understand what you’re walking into 👀

📲 Schedule a free consultation if you’re thinking about buying one.

Congratulations Latonya & Dorian 🏡✨

First-time homeowners!!! I’m so proud of y’all for trusting the process and staying patient from start to finish. We started this journey with credit repair, and because you stayed committed, you were able to qualify for a stronger loan program AND bring less money to the table 👏🏾

On top of that, we secured OVER $15,000 in closing costs 💰 which allowed you to get your full deposit back at closing 🙌🏾

This is what it looks like when you trust the process and stay consistent. Now you’re walking into a beautiful, spacious home that’s truly yours ❤️

Thank you for trusting me to guide you through such a big milestone. Cheers to this new chapter 🥂

I’ve known you for more than half of your life, and I am so proud of everything you’ve accomplished. From graduating nursing school with no student loan debt to now working full-time in the field you worked so hard for… and then skipping the apartment phase and going straight into homeownership at 24 — that is AMAZING.

What makes this even more powerful is that you did it all during an unexpected season of grief. Your strength, focus, and determination do not go unnoticed.

I’m so proud of you, and I’m so grateful you trusted me to be a part of this journey. This is just the beginning of a beautiful new chapter.

Congratulations, Amia!! I love you!! This one is for Mr.G! I know he is so proud 🙏🏾❤️
