Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Based in Chesterfield, Va
Looking for a great sales opportunity? This Licensed Insurance Sales Agent opportunity is your answer. As a Licensed Sales Representative with Farmers Insurance, you will be responsible for effective management of existing customers along with development and acquisition of new customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. This will involve promoting and marketing company products, supported by approved marketing strategy, with the overall goal of profit growth. Must have a Virginia Property & Casualty/ Life Insurance license or be willing to obtain the license.
Salary: $25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
A current Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train the right individual.
A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26,400.00 - $75,000.00 per year
