You never know when you’re going to run across a veteran around here, but you can bet your last paycheck you probably won’t have to go too far to find one. I know, with some it’s obvious. You got plenty of professional veterans around, but others, they don’t advertise it as much.

This week marks the end of the 2019-2020 school year – we made it!! The year certainly didn’t go as planned and want to thank everyone for their role in continuing the learning process! We have amazing students, parents, and staff in Bryan County Schools!
Please check with your school for specific instructions to return any library books, Chromebooks, or any other remaining borrowed materials.
Thursday will be the last day for Meals on the Bus and Curbside Pickup.

*** MANDATORY EVACUATION INFORMATION ***

We are under a mandatory evacuation order for residents living east of I-95 issued by the Governor, and we encourage everyone to follow these evacuation orders. Make a family plan, don’t forget your pets in that plan, and make a hurricane kit if you haven't done so already.

During a mandatory evacuation, re-entry to the community cannot be guaranteed until evacuation orders are lifted by the Governor and the area is deemed safe for return. We do not have specific times.

Please be aware that citizens who are out during these times can be stopped and interviewed at any time by the Richmond Hill Police Department and other law enforcement agencies.

There can still be significant changes to the intensity and track of Hurricane , and everyone should continue to monitor official sources for information like our local media stations.
