🚨 You've probably seen the headline about the new executive order on housing costs. I read the actual order so you don't have to.

👆 The short version is in the picture. PMI could drop off sooner, refinances get cheaper, and nothing in it hurts homeowners.

🧾 My favorite part is still this. If the county can tax you on your home being worth more, that higher value ought to count when it's time to drop your PMI too.
