Article - Staying Healthy in the Age of Coronavirus
Today, I’m going to share with you what my family and I do to keep our immune systems strong. I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis among a couple other challenges, so this is information that has kept me alive for a long time.
My nutritional foundation is as follows:
Vitamin A - Has the function of making your cell walls strong so that a virus, such as Coronavirus, can not pe*****te your cells. As you know, that’s how CV replicates - it invades a weak cell and then reproduces using your own cell. CV can not reproduce without hijacking your cells.
Vitamin C - To deal with any infection, your body needs Vitamin C because your body can not create it by itself - it must be ingested or administered via I.V.
Vitamin D - Especially D3. Super important, especially after being sun-deprived if you live in the Ohio climate during the winter months.
Zinc - Super helpful to fight infection.
Incidentally, it was the prescription of Aspirin, by doctors, during the Spanish Flu, that is believed to have been responsible for the high mortality rate. How can that be? Well, Aspirin blocks the body’s ability to process/use Vitamin C. Unfortunately, they didn’t know that at the time.
There are other things you can do as well, such as Kyolic Garlic which is an aged garlic extract that the Japanese figured out how to make. That helps with a sore throat and other infections. Also, mullein generally seems to keep the lungs clear. Oreganol (a form of Oil of Oregano) is powerful as well.
Also, studiously avoid vaccines as they can cause the illness they purport to protect against (read the literature that comes with the vaccine that no one ever volunteers to show you). If you get a live vaccine, you can shed for weeks, which means you could be an asymptomatic carrier and thus make others sick. If you do get a shot that is a live vaccine, please stay home to safeguard the rest of us that might not have strong enough immune systems to handle the onslaught.
Also, it is not commonly known, but the incidence of severe vaccine reactions is 1 in 36. A friend of mine with a perfectly strong immune system got a flu shot and it put him in the hospital for 5 days, all the while they were giving him blood transfusions. They know it was the flu shot that caused the reaction. He is struggling with getting back to health. He has neurological problems that the Doctors do not think he will ever fully recover from.
Hope that helps you or someone you love! Always happy to talk real estate or health with anyone.
And of course, I’m not a doctor and I don’t even play one on TV - so check with your trusted medical provider and please do your own research.
