Watch Out for Spoofing Scams!
Scammers are getting more convincing every day. One of the most common tricks we are seeing is spoofing. This is when a scammer makes a text, call, or email look like it is coming from your bank.
Remember:
✅ We will never ask for your account number, PIN, password, or verification codes by phone, text, or email.
❌ If you get a suspicious message, do not click links or reply, even if it looks official.

Staying alert is the best way to protect your information.
“Criminals are sophisticated in their spoofing of bank names on Caller ID and creating fake websites or text messages with bank logos to mislead customers into providing account access information or transferring money. Bank customers must be vigilant to protect bank account and personal information from criminals.” – Rose Oswald Poels, WBA President & CEO
