Here's a BBB review that we just got this morning after we helped a family by buying their house recently. We're here to help...and our team does an amazing job for people. Lauren Erickson consistently goes above and beyond for the folks we interact with. We try to help everyone that we speak with, and we sometimes buy houses.
My mother lost her husband and taking care of the house would be overwhelming. We contacted 3 different ways of selling, a respected realtor, K&G, and the guy with outstretched arms. The outstretched arms guy, never responded fully. K&G came in, Lauren explained their process and who they are. Realtor came in, explained who they are and their process, fees, and things to improve before listing more fees, showings, etc. Lauren(K&G) responded promptly with a very respectable offer that made the decision a no brainer. K&G made the process so easy and stress free, handled the closing and associated fees. K&G gave us plenty of time to remove what we wanted and walk away with cash offer in hand, no surprises. Lauren, we can't say enough about, down to earth, very respectful to her client and family, answers any questions honestly and timely, kept in contact every step of the way and beyond.
