1) Take photos of any damaged property
2) Homeowners: Call licensed Plumbers and
HVAC companies. Any out of pocket
expenses, keep your receipts
3) Automobiles: Get all pertinent information if
you are involved in a multiple vehicle
accident: Driver info, license plate, etc
