Are you organized, professional, and ready to grow in a fast-paced financial services environment? Thompson Financial is looking for a motivated (Part-Time Executive Assistant) to support daily operations and help us continue serving our community with excellence.

📍 Position Details

•Schedule: Monday–Thursday
| 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
-Pay: $20 per hour
•Growth Opportunity: Performance-based pay increase after 90 days
Location: 445 Walnut st Richardson TX 75081 ste 113.

💼 Responsibilities

•Answer and manage incoming client phone calls professionally
•Perform credit updates and client file maintenance
•Prepare and organize client letters (including folding and mailing)
•Maintain and manage executive calendar and appointments
•Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
•Assist with client follow-ups and internal communications

•Highly organized and detail-oriented
•Professional phone etiquette
•Comfortable working with confidential information
•Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
•Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, scheduling tools)

Sales Representative Role – Commission-Based | Thompson Financial

We’re looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our sales team as Client Acquisition Specialists. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others, knows how to connect with people, and wants to be rewarded immediately for their work.

Role: Sales Representative (Client Sign-Up Specialist)
Compensation: $100 per signed client – paid every week!
Bonus: Eligible for profit-sharing from monthly client fees based on consistent performance

🔹 What You’ll Do:
Reach out to individuals in need of credit repair and financial services
Explain our services clearly and confidently
Answer basic questions about the process and help clients feel secure and informed
Get clients signed up for our program (we handle the backend)
