That's what our CEO Corey shared at our Q4 kick-off. Then he told us what actually separates chasing success from reaching it:

"It's not as mystical and hard as we think it is. It's just the mindset."

For Corey, that mindset comes down to two questions. Every morning: what am I going to accomplish today? Every evening: did I do everything I could for the people counting on me?

And he knows exactly who those people are. "My why is my wife and my two daughters."

That's why the 'why' matters. It's what turns a hard day into a reason to push harder. As Corey put it: "You have to find the why." 💙

Nobody lived that mindset better than our Q3 Hustle Award winners. 🏈 Every month, department leaders hand a personalized blue football to the teammates who bring the work ethic, the attitude, and the team-first plays that move the chains. Sending someone off to college? The first semester is usually the first time they're managing real money on their own — aid, textbooks, a dorm to set up, and probably a credit card offer or two.

A few things that make it easier: build a budget around what's actually coming in (and make aid last the whole semester), rent or buy used textbooks before paying full price, shop the school's packing list instead of a viral "dorm haul," and open a no-fee student checking account. And if they get a credit card — use it lightly and pay it in full every month. That's how you build credit without building debt.
