Fannie and Freddie haven't officially announced the new Conforming Loan Limits, but Platinum Eagle and Newrez have already increased ours!! Effective immediately, we can accept new locks up to $845,000 on conforming loans! This is great news and will help your clients finance even more and still avoid Jumbo lending.
