🏡 Continuing to Grow Beyond the Loan Approval!

Today I participated in a real-time property inspection and appraisal field experience with the Metro South Association of REALTORS® while earning Continuing Education (CE) credits.

Since this training is directly related to housing and the work I do every day, I was able to utilize a professional development workday to expand my knowledge beyond the financing side of homeownership.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer and REALTOR®, I want to understand more than how to get my clients approved for a mortgage. I want to better understand property condition, inspections, appraisals, and the different types of homes my clients are purchasing.

The more I learn, the better equipped I am to educate, guide, and advocate for my clients—from loan approval to understanding the home they’re buying. 🔑🏠

Always learning. Always growing. Always looking for ways to better serve my clients. 💗

I passed the Georgia Real Estate Exam with a score of 122 out of 152, and let me tell you—this exam humbled me, stressed me, and had me questioning every life decision I’ve ever made.

I already have my loan officer license and insurance license, but the Georgia real estate exam said, “That’s cute… now let’s really test you.” 😭

After countless hours of studying, second-guessing myself, and surviving on determination, I can officially say… IT’S OVER!

Whoever said real estate was easy definitely skipped this exam. 🏡✨
