Dane and Marisa are recognized in the top retail leasing deals in the Baltimore region. They both represented the Landlord, Broad Street, leasing 8,765 sf (Dollar Tree) and 7,711 sf (Yummy Bowl) at Cromwell Shopping Center in Glen Burnie, MD.

Our team took a break from the office and joined forces with Capital Area Food Bank to make a difference in the DMV area! We’re proud to roll up our sleeves and help distribute food and resources to families in need.

The food bank offers different ways to serve, consisting of 2-3 hour shifts to pack senior boxes, senior bags, and hunger relief boxes to help address the ongoing food insecurity in our communities. We were able to contribute to 865 Seniors during our volunteer visit.

A big thanks to our Broad Street team and a special shout out to Holly Gray and Mark Strauss for coordinating this event for us.

Casa Bonita, located at Lamar Station Plaza, officially opened its public reservations for the first time. Within minutes, over 30,000 individuals logged in to register, highlighting the incredible demand for this beloved Colorado landmark.

Since its reopening in May 2023, Casa Bonita has operated through a lottery system, offering limited access. However, with the launch of public reservations, even more people will now have the opportunity to experience its unique attractions, from cliff diving shows to its iconic ambiance.

Casa Bonita’s revival has been eagerly anticipated, and this new phase marks an exciting milestone for Lamar Station Plaza and the community.
