If you’re wondering why I keep talking about oil prices in a mortgage update… this is why. 🛢️🏠

Higher oil prices can lead to higher costs throughout the economy → which can keep inflation higher → which can make it harder for mortgage rates to come down.

And with oil back in the spotlight, it’s something we’re watching closely.

Bottom line: what happens at the gas pump can eventually show up in your house payment.
