Midtown Reno is getting busy again with outdoor festivals, local markets, patio dining, and live entertainment. As the weather improves, the whole district shifts into a more walkable, social atmosphere where people are moving between restaurants, small shops, art spaces, and pop-up events throughout the day and into the evening.
With that increase in activity, traffic patterns in and around Midtown start to feel different. Drivers deal with more stop-and-go movement, tighter parking situations, and more frequent stops for pedestrians crossing streets in areas that are usually quieter during winter
